About the Studios 5c Building:
Studios 5c is an intense urban mixed use building in the Mill Avenue District of Downtown Tempe. It includes a ground floor brewpub with sidewalk patio, offices for a major architectural firm, and a series of executive suites which cater to design professionals and create class businesses. The top floor is surrounded by more than 2,000 square feet of rooftop patio with an outside fireplace and views of “A” Mountain and Sun Devil Stadium. The five dramatic second floor studios each have about 2,000 sq ft of loft style space in a two story volume, with a mezzanine overhanging the main floor connected by an interior stair. The building won numerous architectural awards when it was built in the early 2000’s.
